Shipping Policy:

Sandpaper Orders ship within 1-3 business days from date the order was made. All orders placed after 3:00pm Eastern Time will count towards the next business day. Customer will be given a UPS tracking number 1-2 business days after the sandpaper order ships. In the rare case that the sandpaper, sanding belt, sanding disc, or other type of sandpaper is on back order, the customer will be notified and be given the option to ship when item comes in or be provided a refund. Any item that is on back order on a combined order will be shipped at the time it comes back in stock at our shipping expense. Thats right, the customer only pays shipping once! Special orders for sanding belts may ship between 2-10 business days. Can't find the sandpaper grit you're looking for? No problem! We can special order any grit or size you need directly from the manufacturer. Special orders will be given an estimated ship date at time of order. All products are shipped via UPS. We do not take responsibility for UPS errors, or time delays incurred from UPS. Should a shipment be lost or damaged, we will file the claim with UPS and replace the order upon UPS acceptance of the claim. For UPS terms and conditions please visit www.ups.com.
