No returns will be accepted after 7 days of UPS confirmation that sandpaper was delivered. If you receive the wrong product or anything damaged (very difficult to damage sandpaper) we will replace it our expense. For return authorizations please email us at: returns@abrasivesoasis.com After 7 days, you are only covered by the manufacture warranty. If you decide you want to simply return the product, you must pay for the shipping to return it, and you will only be refunded the amount you paid for the product (not the shipping). Additionally, a 25% restocking fee may occur if the item was used or returned in a condition which is not resellable as Brand New. A 15% restocking fee may apply if the item is returned to us because of a change in mind or for any errors on your end. No returns are accepted after 7 days from the date that you receive your product. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to process.
