Aluminum Oxide-Washable

  • Heavy duty Y weight polyester/cotton cloth is stronger than all cotton belts and won't stretch like all polyester belts
  • Medium open coat provides long life while reducing loading
  • Full phenolic resin on resin bond provides excellent grain adhesion and extends belt life
  • Belt can be cleaned, washed or submerged in water
  • Taped butt joint allows belt to be run in either direction for quicker belt changes
  • P-graded grian provides uniform grain sizing for consistne finish

    Applications
    Softwoods such as pine, where loading is an issue and washing belts can extend life of belt.
    Stock removal where surface is uneven or may contain staples such as frame stock.
